Our team
Celina Andrade is the founder and co-owner of Room2fit, in partnership with Mário Paulo Carreira.
She supervises the Commercial, Finance, HR, and Fit-Out activities, along with the regular Top Management responsibilities.
Celina has a background of more than 30 years working in the Hospitality Business, delivering projects all over the world.
Celina Andrade has a university degree in Marketing & Business Management.
Paulo Jorge Silva directs the Logistics and the Quality Departments.
He has a background of 10 years working on the Automotive Industry plus 13 years on the Hospitality Business. His experience in international trade and supply is a key asset for Room2fit's activities.
Paulo Jorge Silva has a university degree in Industrial Engineer.
Nelson Carvalho directs the Project & Production Departments.
He is working on Hospitality Projects for 8 years now, bringing a considerable amount of knowledge to the day-to-day management and problem-solving.
Nelson Carvalho has a university degree in Civil Engineer.
Cláudia Silva directs the Technical Department.
She has more than 22 years' experience in managing Shop Drawing teams. Her technical support to manufacturing is crucial for the process.
Cláudia Silva has a university degree in Mechanical Engineer.
